Rise in attainment at Haydon Bridge High School

Haydon Bridge High School has seen another rise in the attainment of their students with their Basics measure at both 4+ and 5+ the highest they have ever been since the measure was introduced. This is a great achievement against a backdrop of national results coming back down to 2019 levels.

The school is hugely proud of the hard work and determination of the students and staff that have made these results possible. Their students are now in a position to take the next step on their path to further study or training, confident that they have solid foundations on which to build.

Headteacher Michael Smith said, “The students in this cohort have had a lot to deal with over the last three years and have shown a clear determination to succeed. They should be very proud of what they have achieved and we are certainly very proud of them.”

Haydon Bridge High School is a Schools North East Partner School. If you’d like to find out more about our Partner School Programme click here.
