Park View Sixth Form and Academy of Sport Celebrate Another Year of Outstanding Success

“Park View Sixth Form and Academy of Sport are today celebrating another exceptional set of results, reflecting the continued academic excellence and personal growth that define our students’ time with us. Whether studying A Levels or vocational courses, students have once again achieved impressive outcomes across a wide range of subjects.

We are particularly proud of the remarkable progress made by so many of our young people, many of whom join us from a variety of schooos and backgrounds and go on to secure places on the most competitive university courses in the UK and abroad. Others have successfully gained highly sought-after apprenticeships and employment opportunities which is testament to the breadth of talent, ambition, and determination within our community.

Ofsted has praised our Sixth Form and Academy of Sport for providing “a curriculum that is ambitious, tailored to students’ needs and delivered by highly skilled teachers.” Inspectors highlighted the “outstanding relationships between staff and students” and noted that learners benefit from “exceptional support and guidance, enabling them to achieve their aspirations.” This could not be more true today.

Andrew Finley, Headteacher, said:

“I could not be more proud of our Sixth Form and Academy of Sport students. Today is about celebrating their academic achievements, but our pride goes far beyond grades. These young people have developed as individuals, shown resilience, ambition, and a commitment to their futures. I am equally proud of our dedicated and supportive staff who go above and beyond every day to help our students thrive.”

Today’s results are another milestone in the ongoing success of Park View Sixth Form and Academy of Sport. We are a community where excellence is achieved not only in the classroom, but also in the development of confident, capable, and well-rounded young adults and today is a day to be celebrated by all.”
