Schools North East partners with Worth Less? to highlight Head Teachers’ concerns

Schools North East has partnered with Worth Less? on a campaign to highlight the key issues that Head Teachers across the country are concerned about to local MPs.

The Worth Less? Campaign, is comprised of Head Teachers working in thousands of schools across 79 local authorities and London boroughs. The group primarily campaigns on funding issues but also represents the views of Head Teachers on a range of issues affecting schools.

Schools North East have been campaigning on key issues such as the lack of clarity around changes to exams and testing this year and the decision to resume Ofsted from January. You can see some of our recent work on our website. We are pleased to partner with Worth Less? to raise further awareness of these issues and many others affecting schools as a result of the pandemic. Worth Less have raised substantial press coverage including Sky News, Newsnight and World at One so please help us to make the most of this opportunity to have our concerns heard.

Please support the campaign by sending the letter below to your local MP.

Please also share this with your colleagues and encourage them to participate in this campaign to ensure the key issues affecting our schools are heard.
