Our mission is to provide exceptional school improvement services to improve the outcomes of young people.

We offer professional development to teachers and school leaders through a holistic service consisting of an online learning platform, face-to-face training and conferences, consultancy, and training programmes within schools.

We also offer a range of nationally recognised accreditation in non-curricula areas, made up of the following whole-school awards:

• Wellbeing Award for Schools (WAS)
• SEND Inclusion Award (SENDIA)
• Excellence in Pupil Development Award (EPDA)
• Leading Parent Partnership Award (LPPA)
• Best Practice with Teaching Assistants Award (BPTAA)

The award frameworks are evidence-based and impact-driven to help drive change. They include tools to measure this throughout the accreditation process and beyond. They are a robust framework which include sustainable initiatives for school improvement.

Completion brings a high sense of collaborative achievement and recognition. This is especially true as the awards are a whole-school achievement by the way they incorporate various stakeholders including staff, students and parents.

In brief, the awards will support a school’s approach to student and staff wellbeing, SEND inclusion, parental engagement, student personal development, and the development of Teaching Assistants (TAs). They offer evidence-based frameworks to drive meaningful change, improve outcomes, and create a more inclusive learning environment for all.
