Alliance Psychological Services

Alliance Psychological Services provides a comprehensive range of psychological therapy and well-being services across Teesside, supporting adults, children, and families through both NHS and private services. With expertise in workplace well-being and mental health interventions, we offer tailored support to meet diverse needs.

With over 20 years of experience, we are the largest provider of evidence-based therapies in the region. Our goal is to improve mental health through professional, ethical, and compassionate care. Our services include counselling, mindfulness, and stress management, designed for individuals, businesses, and schools.

Our Children, Young People, and Family Service provides support for children’s mental health on behalf of and in partnership with North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) Tees Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundations Trust (CAMHS) and other local organisations like Changing Futures North East (CFNE). Collectively we work together using the iThrive framework to improve mental health services and make them more accessible for children and young people in Teesside.

Our mission is to help families navigate the mental health system so they can get the right support when they need it. We want to make sure everyone gets the help they deserve for better outcomes.

Using the iThrive framework, we offer a variety of therapeutic services tailored to meet different needs.

Alliance Plus Private and Commercial is your path to mental wellness: empowering minds and enhancing lives. Alliance Plus, offers bespoke services for schools. This includes Reflective Supervision and Consultation for school staff, supporting them in managing trauma and behavioural challenges, and Clinical Supervision for professionals working with children, providing expert guidance on therapeutic practices. Both services are designed to enhance staff well-being and improve outcomes for young people.

We also offer comprehensive training packages, covering topics such as Stress Less, Menopause Awareness Training for Education Settings or Trusts, and more. These sessions can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your educational setting and are available both online and in person.
