Vicki Page
Vicki Page is the Deputy Headteacher at Cotsford Primary School and an experienced senior leader with 17 years in education. Formerly a Literacy Specialist, Vicki has a strong track record of supporting schools and strategically designing support packages to strengthen teaching and learning across the curriculum. She has a deep understanding of early language development and is passionate about developing a strong reading culture and raising writing standards, with
particular expertise in phonics. For the past three years, Vicki has led Oracy at Cotsford, working closely with Voice 21 to develop and embed a high-quality Oracy education that elevates the curriculum and ensures every child has a confident, purposeful voice.
