Tim Care
Tim is a partner in the commercial team. Tim specialises in procurement, PFI and education, advising almost exclusively public sector clients such as NHS Trusts, local authorities and academy trusts. He also advises on governance and statutory powers, as well as directors’ duties, often delivering bespoke training workshops for clients.
Tim has written articles and spoken at conferences on education and procurement issues as well as PFI and frequently delivers seminars on these subjects. Tim leads multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a variety of projects for public sector clients, involving, amongst other areas, property, employment and construction.
