Sarah Dixon‑Jones is the Executive Head Teacher of two maintained nursery schools in Sunderland, with a rich career spanning schools and local authorities, Sarah has developed a strong pedagogical philosophy grounded in excellence in Early Years education. Her leadership is shaped by extensive experience in advisory and senior roles, enabling her to support practitioners in creating high quality provision, reflective practice, and a deep understanding of Early Years pedagogy. Sarah is particularly passionate about helping educators explore the “why” behind their practice, ensuring professional development is meaningful, collaborative, and transformative.
