Mairi Reed MCIPD
Mairi began her career working for a private recruitment firm before joining Darlington Borough Council and later, North Yorkshire Council.
In addition to being a Chartered Member of the CIPD, she has CIPD HR Business Partner accreditation and is a trained counsellor. Whilst Mairi has a broad professional portfolio, she has spent over 15 years working in Educational HR, firstly as a HR Adviser, then a Senior Adviser and Principal HR Adviser. Mairi co-manages NYES HR as Principal Adviser.
