Kathryn Nichols is an early years teacher with Inspiring Foundations and a passionate advocate for mathematical development and creative, curiosity driven learning. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of early childhood development, and she is committed to creating meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that nurture children’s confidence, creativity, and sense of wonder. Kathryn’s practice blends play, exploration, and she is a valued contributor to collaborative projects connecting educators with researchers most recently through her involvement in the Young Minds Big Maths project. Through her reflective, child centred pedagogy and her dedication to empowering both children and practitioners, Kathryn continues to champion innovative early years practice that places purposeful learning and children’s voices at the heart of the classroom.
