Jo Bradley

Jo has been transforming mental and emotional well-being in schools for almost 10 years with simple, self-regulation practices that equip children, teachers and parents to become aware of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and positively empower them to navigate life in more calm, attentive and joyous ways. 

Once an assistant headteacher and primary school teacher herself, Jo recognises how teachers and school staff are often overloaded and overwhelmed, while children and parents are increasingly anxious and burdened.  Her passion to experience and support mental fitness and emotional education in a simple but practical whole-school approach has never been greater.
