Jackie Lowe
Jackie Lowe has been the Estates and Premises Manager for Legacy Learning Trust since 2023, where she leads the strategic management, maintenance, compliance, and development of the Trust’s estate portfolio, ensuring that school environments remain safe, sustainable, and fit for purpose.
Prior to joining the Trust’s central team, Jackie spent ten years as Academy Business Manager at Viewley Hill Academy, overseeing finance, facilities, health and safety, and operational support services. During this time, she developed extensive expertise in school estate management, financial planning, capital project delivery, and regulatory compliance.
Jackie holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management, a Level 7 CIPFA qualification in Finance and Operational Leadership and is IOSH qualified. Her professional qualifications, combined with her practical experience, provide a strong foundation for leading complex estate and operational projects across the education sector.
Before moving into education, Jackie built a successful career within the oil and gas and heavy industry sectors, gaining valuable experience in operational management, logistics, project delivery, and health and safety. This diverse background has equipped her with a practical, strategic, and solutions-focused approach to estate and facilities management.
Passionate about creating safe, compliant, and effective learning environments, Jackie is committed to ensuring that school estates support educational excellence while delivering long-term value for pupils, staff, and the wider community.
