David Baldwin
David Baldwin is currently the Strategic Education Lead for North Tyneside Learning Trust. He has an extensive background in education, spanning the last 40 years. He successfully led one of our secondary schools in the region for 20 years and, during that time, helped a range of other schools as a National Leader of Education. He believes passionately in getting the best for all of our young people, and partnership working is at the heart of his thinking. He is currently the Independent Chair of the Newcastle Promise Board, Chair of the North Tyneside Carers Centre, Chair of the Wallsend Children’s Community, Director of the National Careers and Enterprise Company, and a governor at a range of schools.
