Claire Pack
Claire Pack is a highly experienced leader in Special Educational Needs (SEND) Her dual role as Director of SEN for Spark Education Trust and SENCO at Conyers School allows her to influence both high-level strategy and day-to-day student support.
With over 20 years of SEND experience, her current role involves:
- Trust-wide Leadership: Overseeing SEND provision across multiple schools to ensure consistency and high standards.
- Operational SENCO Work: Managing the specific needs of students in an 11-18 secondary and Sixth Form setting.
- Specialist Expertise: She is a qualified Exam Arrangements Assessor and specialist teacher, with a deep technical understanding of classroom inclusion and formal assessments.
- System Leadership: Her work extends to the national and regional level through DfE initiatives and outreach support for Stockton Borough Council.
