Amy Binks
With a BA (Hons) degree in Human Resource Management and a Chartered Member of the CIPD, Amy gained a number of years’ experience working in generalist HR roles for a Global Automotive Manufacturing Company in Essex, with a strong emphasis on restructuring, employee relations and attendance management. After taking a career break, Amy joined NYC in May 2017 as a HR Adviser. Complimenting this role, Amy has been a School Governor since 2015 and is also an accredited mediator.
Amy currently supports over 60 schools and academies mainly in North Yorkshire and Cumbria on a range of casework such as performance, change management, disciplinary, grievance, safeguarding and attendance.
