SEND Capabilities and Support Survey for Staff – 45 questions
Survey your staff about their confidence in supporting pupils with SEND, current strategies, the available support, and areas for improvement. This survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
SEND Capabilities and Support Survey for Parents – 27 questions
Survey parents about their views on communication with the school, access to specialist support, and supporting children at home. This survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.

- £75 per survey (staff or parent survey)
- £150 for the full package (both surveys)
- Plus, a one-time platform setup fee of £250 applies to all new subscribers.
