Join Us: Shape the Future of Schools North East

Schools North East is entering an exciting new chapter. Approaching our 20th year as the voice for over 1,150 schools across the region – and leading a national network of more than 400 special schools – we are ready to strengthen our influence, grow our reach, and increase the value we deliver to members.

To make this happen, we are expanding our team with two pivotal senior appointments:

Policy Manager – Leading our strategic policy and public affairs agenda, turning member insight and research into influence at the highest levels.

Marketing and Brand Manager – Driving our brand, communications, and engagement strategies to ensure our voice is heard regionally and nationally.

And, we are strengthening our operational infrastructure with the addition of a Finance and Administration Officer.

These roles will work at the heart of a small, dynamic, high-performing team that punches well above its weight. Together, they will ensure we can respond to the fast-changing educational and political landscape, amplify the voice of North East schools, and secure the resources and relationships needed for our mission.

If you share our ambition, bring fresh ideas, and have the drive to deliver results, join us and help us shape the next chapter of Schools North East.
