Local Multi Academy Trust scoops up an impressive award at The Investors in People Awards 2024
Nothing gives us greater joy than watching North East schools and trusts triumph on the national stage. We already know they are brilliant, but when people beyond our region’s borders get to see that for themselves, it’s certainly a cause for celebration.
This time we’re celebrating Advance Learning Partnership after they were crowned Best Newcomer at the Investors in People Awards on 13 November at Old Billingsgate in London. What a brilliant achievement!
Tough competition but Advance Learning Partnership came out victorious
The prestigious ceremony was a global celebration of excellence in people management and organisational development. With over 300 entries from 200 organisations across 15 countries, the event honoured the pinnacle of achievement in this critical field.
On November 13, over 830 guests gathered at the venue in the capital to enjoy a night of music, entertainment, and, of course, the highly anticipated awards ceremony.
It was here that Advance Learning Partnership scooped up the Best Newcomer award, a testament to their hard work, dedication, and determination to strive for excellence.
Laura Mellis, Director of Information Strategy at Advance Learning Partnership, said: “A big thank you to our incredible team and all stakeholders who have been integral to this success. We couldn’t have achieved this amazing award without your unwavering support and dedication. Here’s to many more achievements and continued growth!”
Chris Zarraga, Director of Schools North East, said: “Congratulations to all colleagues at Advance Learning Partnership!
“This award showcases the incredible work of the whole team, and it’s always fantastic to see a North East trust recognised on the national stage. This achievement inspires us all and sets a high bar for educational excellence.”
