As part of our service, a technical manager will be appointed to your project who will be your primary point of contact, reviewing each delivery and coordinating all the internal resources your project needs. You will be regularly updated on progress and supported throughout the entire project by your dedicated contact.

Our portfolio includes a premium range of reinforced polymer modified bituminous waterproofing membranes, single-ply membranes, hot-melt structural waterproofing, cold applied liquid coatings, green roof solutions, stormwater management and a full range of complementary accessories such as building services supports and guardrail edge protection systems.

Condition Improvement Fund (CIF)

CIF Funding is available for single academy trusts and small multi-academy trusts (MATs). Alumasc secured £20m in funding for 31 projects at 26 academies in the 2021/22 round. 

Alumasc work with expert consultants to ensure only the strongest bids are submitted.

School Condition Allocations (SCA)

When spending your SCA allocation, roofing areas can often be forgotten. Alumasc works with trusts across the country in delivering free of charge surveys including drone imaging, 3D models of full sites, condition reports, thermographic surveys, budget costings, and tender assistance. This allows trusts to target their worst affected areas, whilst budgeting for future roofing works accurately.

Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS)

A £1 billion fund is available with a rapid turnaround for applications, which schools of all structures can bid for, in a push to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. 

Alumasc is unique in our ability to advise on both external wall and roofing matters for the Decarbonisation Scheme. We work with teams of expert surveyors to assist in the bid for upgrades to estates heating and energy delivery, including the thermal upgrades of the external envelope.
