School Readiness Survey 2025
This is the sixth annual School Readiness Survey, commissioned by Kindred Squared. It draws on surveys of over 1,000 primary school staff and 1,000 parents of children entering Reception in September 2025, alongside qualitative focus groups. The report examines the proportion of children considered not ‘school ready’, the impact on schools, and the underlying causes.
