A new contract can take longer than expected, particularly if you need to review your requirements, prepare tender documents, go to market, evaluate bids and allow time for contract award and mobilisation. If you’re changing provider, there may also be TUPE to consider.
So, before the new academic year gets too busy, it’s worth checking:

- What notice period applies?
- Are you happy with your current provider?
- Do you need to go back out to market?
