Laura Nocon
Following completing my degree in Inclusion and QTS, I have been teaching for 19 years and in the position of SENCO for 17 years. I have also performed the role of Lead SENCO for the local authority. I started my career in mainstream education before moving to specialist provision in 2021. Over the years I have had many roles in school, but SEND and being an effective and forward-thinking SENCO has always been consistent.
