Dr Caroline Lear is a Director of SEND for Spark Education Trust and Assistant Head Teacher at Egglescliffe School and 6 th Form College. An experienced educational professional, Caroline holds the NPQH and several other SEND related qualifications and has experience at Senior Leadership level in the UK and across various Local Authorities and in International Schools. Caroline specialises in supporting and improving the special educational needs provision in both primary and secondary schools, achieving great success helping provide inclusive provisions that support all children to achieve their best both academically, and personally with well-developed skills for life.
