Early career coaching
Are you an early career physics teacher?
If you are a physics teacher in an English state school in your first or second year of teaching, you can apply for our FREE two-year Early Career Coaching programme.
As part of the programme, participating teachers will work with an experienced physics coach taking part in half-termly individual coaching and termly sessions with a peer group. Participants will attend a fully funded summer conference at and will have access to additional teaching resources through Physics online.
Our early career physics teachers join a supportive community of practice, led by an expert physics coach. They will develop their subject content and pedagogical knowledge for physics teaching as well as building skills and approaches that encourage greater autonomy and self-efficacy.
