Ros joined NRHS in 2020 following senior leadership roles within the public sector and mainstream schools. She brings extensive experience across operational and strategic functions, with particular areas of interest including financial management to ensure best value, premises management with a strong focus on health and safety, and promoting staff wellbeing.
