Craig Vincent
Partner (Non-Legal) & Head of HR Consultancy Services, Stone King LLP
Craig is Head of HR Consultancy services and leads on all aspects of business development for the HR Consultancy team including speaking at regional and national events. He is a people-focussed HR professional with specialist knowledge in recruitment, talent management, people strategy and workforce design, and has extensive experience of working with clients from all sectors and holds specialist knowledge in education and charity. Craig is a people-focussed HR professional with specialist knowledge in recruitment, talent management, people strategy and workforce design, Craig also provides advice on complex HR issues as they arise including absence management, disciplinary, capability, grievance, TUPE, restructure and redundancy. Craig has extensive experience of working with clients from all sectors and holds specialist knowledge in education.

Penny Walters
Principal HR Consultant, Stone King LLP
Penny has been with Stone King since October 2018 and brings three decades of HR experience, specialising in the education sector. A Chartered Member of the CIPD and an ACAS-accredited workplace mediator, Penny works mainly with academy trusts and charities across the north of England, advising on sensitive and complex people matters including employee relations, TUPE, restructures and redundancies, performance and capability, sickness absence, equality and safeguarding issues.

Do I need to install Zoom?
- You can join the call without downloading Zoom by clicking ‘join from browser’ when you launch the call on the day of the event.

Can I ask the presenter questions?
- You can submit questions for the speaker when you register, using the Zoom registration form. The Zoom chat function will also be available during the call and questions can be submitted here. You will also have the chance to unmute and speak directly with the speaker during any allocated Q&A sessions.
