Roundtable with Chair of the House of Commons Education Select Committee, Helen Hayes MP
Schools North East held a roundtable in October with Helen Hayes MP, Chair of the House of Commons Education Select Committee. The roundtable was attended by our Head Teacher Advisory Board and School Business Manager Council, representing all stages and types of schools from across the region. This was an important opportunity for the voices of North East schools to be heard at the highest levels of education policy, and to influence the Committee’s inquiries and shape their scrutiny of government policy.
