Alexis Thurkettle
Alexis joined Jarrow Cross C of E Primary School in 2009 as a part-time Administrator and progressed to the role of Office Manager two years later. In her current role as School Business Manager, she oversees the school’s finance, HR, procurement, and health and safety, alongside managing the day-to-day operations of the school office. She holds a degree in Business Leadership and Management and is currently studying for an MBA in Strategic Leadership. Passionate about collaboration and professional development, she also serves as one of the lead professionals in the South Tyneside SBM network, STARS.
