Spending the majority of her career working in SEND, Adele is a passionate advocate for children and young people, ensuring their voices and the voices of their families are heard and listened to throughout the system. Adele has been described as a ‘tour de force’ when it comes to making a difference for young people. Adele loves working in solution focused and creative ways to break down barriers for young people and their families. Adele believes that as citizens, collectively, we can achieve so much more when we talk, collaborate and take action together.
