Our Circular-First Managed Print Services centre around refurbishing and recycling Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and parts wherever possible.
In doing so, we cut carbon emissions associated with new device and parts manufacturing, reduce used waste going into landfill, and provide a more cost-effective solution for our customers.

With a Circular-First Managed Print Service, we refurbish and recycle as much as possible.
- No carbon guzzling manufacturing processes.
- No expensive globe-trotting logistics.
But that doesn’t mean tired old stock that’s just given a repolish.
Our expert engineers conduct dozens of quality control checks and procedures to transform parts and devices back to ‘as new’ working order. Once the refurbishment process is complete, it’s almost impossible to tell the difference between new and Agilico Zero ‘as new’.
From North to South, our MFD refurbishment centres are doing great work in the circular economy.
At these local sites, our qualified teams of expert engineers refurbish and give a new lease of life to ex-showroom or low-utilisation devices.
This results in incredibly reliable machines ready to perform at the highest level once again for the duration of their contract.
To remain protected in transit, MFDs require shrink wrapping.
But most traditional shrink wrap ends up as non-recyclable waste, taking 40-50 years to decompose.
So we’ve partnered with a leading manufacturer of bio-plastics to implement a new high strength, oxo-biodegradable film that degrades in 2-3 years into food for microorganisms.
When an MFD reaches the end of its life or contract term, our expert team of engineers reclaim it to one of our local specialised workshops.
There they get to work harvesting its many still usable parts, to fully refurbish and install into our customers’ devices when required.
We want to avoid landfill wherever possible.
By working with accredited partners to recycle what we can’t reuse, we ensure no materials are wasted.
Whether that’s breaking down devices to recover valuable resources or recycling plastics into new items, we’re committed to recycling any unusable components.
