Julie is well known across the education sector for supporting school leaders with complex staffing issues, academy conversions, Trust formations, mergers and growth along with her in-depth knowledge of all things HR, H&S, Governance for schools and Trusts along with education finance. With a diverse professional background Julie merges expertise at a senior level across the education sector, including working for many years in local authorities and central government, with a strong commercial background.
Julie has worked on a wide range of projects facilitating business growth, successful service delivery, business and school / academy improvement planning, organisational change and due diligence.
