SupplyWell was created by teachers and senior leaders to ensure a fairer future for teachers, schools and students. We work hard to save schools money, whilst paying educators what they’re worth.   After 13 years as a senior leader in schools, co-founder of SupplyWell Michael Heverin, left the profession due to burnout and stress. Which ultimately reinforced our mission; ensuring cover absence and making finding supply work was easy, ethical and cost-effective – all whilst keeping more money in education.   SupplyWell’s digital platform and app have seamlessly transformed how educators find work and how schools cover absences. It gives control back to teachers and schools, connecting them faster and easier.   We’re #notanagency – instead we’re single-handedly changing the future of education employment and removing the need for traditional supply agencies.
