Shanon O’Donovan
Shanon joined the team in 2023 as our Marketing & Communications Officer. In this role, she’s responsible for developing and maintaining consistent brand messaging to ensure all communications accurately reflect our organisation’s voice, values, and mission.
As well as this, Shanon creates and publishes a wide range of content – from written copy to animated videos – on our social media pages, website, and newsletters, to drive engagement and build/maintain relationships.
Before joining Schools North East, Shanon worked as copywriter for an award-winning digital marketing agency, using the skills and knowledge she gained from her Master’s degree in Creative Writing, and Bachelor’s degree in Media & Journalism.
