Our conference is built around four key strands (HR, finance, risk management, and supporting outcomes) so, this is your opportunity to hear about the latest developments in these crucial areas. Stay one step ahead of the game. A school would cease to exist if it wasn’t for the HR manager expertly handling all employment related matters, or the Finance officer managing the day-to-day financial transactions of the school. Similarly, the entire system would crumble if there was no one overseeing the school building maintenance, ensuring the right resources reach the chalk-face, or keeping the finances strong enough to stretch as far as they need to. Our tenth annual School Business Management Conference took place at St James' Park in June 2023. The theme was 'Education: The Greatest Show on Earth' - A tribute to the region's amazing school business professionals who do such an incredible job of 'keeping the show on the road'
