Our team of experts have worked with and in schools for numerous years.  Our experience ranges from day-to-day personnel requirements to leading on complex school staffing re-structures, academisation, the Transfer of Undertakings and Protection of Employment (TUPE) projects, redundancy, redeployment, dismissal and re-engagement issues. We regularly support complex disciplinary, grievance and absence management casework, including dismissals and exit strategies, and regularly liaise with union colleagues.
