Do you work in education?

Become a Wellbeing Champion and help embed staff wellbeing into the culture of your school or college.

When you train with Still Human to become a Wellbeing Champion, you will be equipped with everything you need to effectively inspire long-term cultural change around staff wellbeing. When good wellbeing is nurtured amongst staff in the workplace, individuals and organisations thrive.

Training is provided by our expert Wellbeing Facilitators who have many years experience in the education sector. This 2-day course is perfect for leaders, HR, managers or someone in a position to inspire change for staff wellbeing in education.

Our Wellbeing Champion course is CPD accredited.

Course timings:

This interactive course runs over 2 days to allow time to discuss and digest topics as well as action plan, with coffee breaks, lunch and comfort breaks throughout the day.

Day 1 - 9am-4.30pm

Day 2 - 9am-4.30pm

Training covers:

  • Why staff wellbeing matters
  • Embedding wellbeing into the culture of your school
  • An exploration of Stress Awareness and Mindfulness Tools
  • Fostering gratitude, strengths and positive emotions in the workplace
  • Workload
  • Action planning for long-term cultural change

Good workplace wellbeing is beneficial not only to your staff's overall health but also benefits engagement and increased productivity at work.  Good staff wellbeing can also benefit children and young people in your school or college, in terms of their own wellbeing and academic performance.

Our 2-day interactive Wellbeing Champion training course encourages schools to take a proactive approach to staff wellbeing, a vitamin rather than a pain-killer approach, with the focus on embedding wellbeing into the school culture, rather than being an added 'extra'.

Spaces are limited to allow for in depth discussions and tailored advice, so register your interest today.
