The Schools Bill – What it means for your school or trust

Thursday 14th July, 4.30-5.30pm

In the final webinar of our 2021/22 Governance webinar series, Graham Shaw, Consultant Solicitor at Wrigleys Solicitors, will look at the key elements of the Schools Bill and what it means for your school or trust, to help you prepare for the new legal and regulatory landscape in the wake of the Schools White Paper Opportunity for all: strong schools with great teachers for your child.

Graham is a Consultant in the Education Team at Wrigleys and one of the country’s foremost legal authorities in the education sector, having advised in this field since 1999. He has advised across all phases and types of provision including primary, secondary, all-through, special, alternative and hospital provision. Graham advises schools and academy trusts on their operational and strategic issues including governance, regulatory compliance, funding, contracts, conversions, transfers and growth. He is also a trustee of Elevate Multi Academy Trust and so brings a professional and personal perspective when advising schools and academy trusts.
