Online Search Training

We are pleased to let you know that we are offering an Online Search training event. The event will equip delegates with the knowledge and skills to conduct effective, compliant and fair online searches as part of recruitment vetting. This aspect of safer recruitment was introduced into Keeping Children Safe in Education in September 2022.
The event will include:
- Why schools/academies should conduct online searches as part of the recruitment process;
- Statutory requirements and best practice;
- How and where to conduct the search;
- How to manage and use search results;
- How to record searches;
This event will take place on Thursday 14 September 2023 at 9.30am -10.30am via Zoom.
The event is open to you and any staff who are involved in the recruitment procedures and may be asked to carry out this check. Anyone who operates your Single Central Record may also find this useful.
The cost for a current client is £25 excl VAT per person and for a non current client £40 excl VAT at the time of the event. This will be invoiced in full at the time of the booking and must be paid prior to attendance at the event.
