The Greenhouse is based in Greencroft Industrial Park, Annfield Plain, Stanley and was built to be the first commercial eco building in County Durham. Offering high quality meeting and conferencing facilities as well as business units to lease, the Greenhouse is ideally suited for small to medium size enterprises looking for a place to grow.

The conference room offers a flexible space, which can accommodate up to 100 people and is ideal for meetings, receptions and presentations.

Half Conference Room
The main conference room can be divided into two smaller rooms accommodating up to 50 people.

- Availability: 7am - 9.30pm

- Beverages: tea/coffee (£1 a head)
- Room Hire: £100 (full day) £50 (half day)
Meeting Room
The meeting room offers a space where people can come together for workshops and meetings, allowing you to present your company in the most professional way possible.
