Education Mutual are proud to work with Dr Sandi Mann who is a highly experienced Chartered Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience working in the NHS and private sector and one of education Mutual’s leading stress counsellors helping us deliver high quality health and wellbeing benefits to our members.

Sandi, described by her peers as a one of the most practical experts in her field, has a Doctorate in Psychology, Masters in Organisational Psychology, BSc in Psychology and Diploma in CBT.
Sandi is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and an Accredited EMDR Practitioner and member of the EMDR Association UK and Ireland. Sandi’s specialisms include panic, phobias, anxiety conditions, OCD, PTSD and depression.

Sandi has published (Hodder & Stoughton) various self-help psychology books; is a columnist for the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) journal Counselling at Work and is an invited speaker at conferences across the UK. She appears regularly in the media as an expert psychologist and is the Module Leader for MSc Applied Clinical Psychology and BSc Clinical Psychology at the University of Central Lancashire.

Nicola has worked at The Key for 11 years, and for the last 4 has headed up market research. During this time The Key has grown to support around half of all schools across the country and now includes ScholarPack and GovernorHub. Nicola's published work includes reports on rural schools, multi academy trusts and SBMs, but she has carried out research on a wide range of school leadership and governance topics for The Key. Previously, Nicola worked in the corporate, charity and then public sector, mainly in education roles. She holds a degree from the University of Warwick and is vice chair of governors at a primary school in South East London.

After studying Education and French at the University of Cambridge, Callum first entered the education sector as a French teacher for an independent school in the West Midlands. Having been fortunate enough to complete his teaching qualification and NQT year in a 'paperless' school, he is a big proponent of developing the use of technology in schools and educational establishments. After leaving teaching to pursue an MA at Newcastle University, Callum has been working at Eduprise for the past year, where he has been account manager to one of the largest multi-academy trusts in the South-East of England. Through this role, he has combined his experience as a teacher with his knowledge of digital marketing and communications to help over 30 schools increase their admissions numbers, improve their parental and community engagement, and facilitate novel teaching methodologies that embrace technology.

Susan is a coach for the NYCC coaching network, and provides mediation and coaching in schools.

Matt and his teams have worked with a complex mix of schools delivering LED lighting projects and sourcing funding over the last 5 years. From rural single form entry primary schools to some of the UKs largest MATs.

Together RSL and eEnergy have completed fully funded LED lighting installations at over 200 schools over the last 3 years. Alacoque advises education clients on all aspects of employment law including contracts, policies, safeguarding, disciplinary and capability issues, sickness and disability, TUPE, redundancy and termination of employment. She advises schools and academy trusts on the defence of employment tribunal claims, including those relating to unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.

Pam has worked in HR for 23 years in both the public and private sector. Pam joined Avec in May 2012 and since then has worked on a large number of academy conversions including the formation of a number of Multi-Academy Trusts. Pam is experienced in advising complex Multi-Academy Trusts and has forged excellent working relationships with senior management teams to ensure that the HR agenda meets the needs of individual Schools and Trusts. In the last year, Pam has managed a number of complex employee relation cases which have resulted in successful outcomes as well as undertaking a number of restructuring processes ensuring that the new structures were fit for purpose for the forthcoming academic year.
