STEM Teacher’s Conference

4th Jul 2013

Calling all Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) teachers…discover new resources, explore how to make out-of-school experiences a starting point for classroom learning and find out how to bring the real world into the science classroom! This free conference, brought to you by Newcastle Science City, Newcastle University and Corylus learning, in the lead up to the British Science Festival, aims to support teachers to inspire and enthuse pupils in STEM.

The event will take place between 1pm and 6pm on Thursday 4th July, at the Great North (Hancock) Museum. Attendees can enjoy some food and drink and visit a Marketplace where there will be a whole host of stands from people and organisations that can offer you practical help.
