The Seminar
The second seminar of two in this education law series, to consider, from a practical perspective, the potential risks and evidential difficulties that commonly arise in preparation for, and attendance at, final hearings.

The Speaker
Darren Finlay and Janine Wolstenholme are barristers at Park Square Barristers, Leeds, whose practices include
litigation arising in the context of education law and special educational needs.

The Networking
The main purpose of the Schools Breakfast Club is the opportunity for members of staff to meet over breakfast
and discuss tricky issues affecting their schools together with the experts.

Who should attend?
Those with day-to-day management of SEND  matters and appeals and are therefore likely to be witnesses or participants at any final hearings. The focus will be on maximising your chances of success once involved in litigation.
