Secondary Options Subject Conference
History, Geography, RE, Health & Social Care and Media & Film Studies

  • Looking for new ideas to refresh and reinvigorate your teaching?
  • Interested in finding out what goes on in “Outstanding” Departments?
  • Want to share ideas and best practice with colleagues from other schools?

George Stephenson Teaching School Alliance warmly invite you and your colleagues to join us at our Secondary Options Subject Conference on Tuesday 21st June and Wednesday 22nd June 2016.
George Stephenson High School is a Specialist Humanities College, and was awarded an “Outstanding” in every area when inspected by OFSTED in May 2012. We were absolutely delighted to receive this judgment following the long journey that we have been on and feel very proud of our school, but are far from complacent, always striving to improve further. We work very closely with our partner schools across our Alliance and continue to learn from one another. We would like to offer you and your colleagues the opportunity to share this experience with us.

Our conference days offer bespoke programmes for teachers of Geography, History, RE, Health and Social Care and Media and Film Studies.

  • Tuesday 21st June: History; Geography; RE
  • Wednesday 22nd June: Health and Social Care; Media and Film Studies

Just £100 per delegate, or £75 per delegate if booking two or more places across the two days of our Conference.
