In this the first of our termly School Business Management Webinars we will be joined by Dale Barton.

Dale Barton, Head of Health and Safety for NYES, part of North Yorkshire Council will present a comprehensive update on current Health and Safety regulations, schools responsibilities including the recently updated Fire Risk regulations.

Speaker:

Dale Barton, Head of Service for Health and Safety, North Yorkshire Education Services
Dale has worked in education for over 26 years and worked in our Health and Safety service since 2002, becoming its Head back in 2004.  He manages the our school's Health and Safety service and its six advisers which is provided to schools across the North of England.
Dale is wee qualified and currently holds a NEBOSH certificate, NEBOSH Diploma 1 and NVQ in Occupational Safety and Health.  He's also an advanced fire risk assessor, advanced DSE assessor, and is on the Register of Playground Inspectors International.
