Schools Advisory Service are putting something back in to education by giving you a FREE opportunity along with other School Business Managers to obtain in depth knowledge of three key areas,

The responsibilities of School Business Managers are just so wide ranging now. As leaders you must be able to lead and manage across a range of key areas and ensuring clear delegation of authority and accountability to key members of staff.

You must remain up to date across all areas and ensure that there is sufficient compliance by all staff.
We are offering you the chance to attend our workshop free of charge to learn more about crucial areas within your Job remit and to network with fellow.

A look at what to do when you receive a parental complaint. Your obligations, how to respond, investigate and ensure you follow correct procedure.
