Join Graham Vials, Partner at Ward Hadaway for a half-day session discussing a variety of employment law and HR issues, which are relevant to the current coronavirus pandemic.

Topics will include:-
- The distinction between vulnerable and clinically extremely vulnerable individuals (and how this is changing).
- How to tackle concerns raised by staff about health & safety
- The use of PPE in schools.
- Track, test and trace.
- What happens if a staff member (or someone they live with) becomes infected?
- Which staff should be returning to work, and which should not.
- Staff failing to return to work after the summer break – due to COVID-19.
