An exciting new programme to identify and prepare Lead Practitioners of the future.
Aimed at teachers in their 2nd-4th year, this new programme will consider the skills and expectations of Lead Practitioners, how to influence and to achieve impact and comprises of one twilight session, a residential and the opportunity to run a leadership programme in another school which leads to real impact.
