Recovery Curriculum TeachMeet

Wednesday 15th July, time 6pm-7pm

We are holding a FREE TeachMeet on July 15th to look specifically at how recovery curriculums can be developed, assessed and implemented in the post-Covid landscape. We have a number of speakers from across the North East, and beyond, delivering engaging and thought-provoking sessions. The event will be held in the evening 6pm - 7pm.

Sean Harris - Ambition Institute - Back to the Classroom: getting your delorean back to 88mph in the post-lockdown learning climate (teaching and learning habits we need to be reminded of and the research behind them)

Nadia Siddiqui & Lindsey Wardle - Durham University - Summer schools - what is the evidence for this as a 'catch up' strategy.

Karl Elliott - Trinity Academy - Trauma informed environment and recovery

Will Ruscoe - Melksham Oak Community School - Approach taken to reflect and give hope to returning students using Structured Conversations.
