Tuesday 26 January 2021, 4.00-6.00pm

Become a part of our community of Reading Leaders where collaboration is key in supporting and refining the ongoing development of reading in primary schools. Ensure you hear the most up-to-date information from the English Hub and share practice with other like-minded professionals.

The following dates are the 6 dates for the OU Reading for Pleasure CPD. All 6 dates must be attended:
Wednesday 2nd December
Tuesday 26th January
Tuesday 9th March
Tuesday 27th April
Tuesday 25th May
Tuesday 29th June

OU Reading for Pleasure will help you enrich your repertoire of children’s texts and create reading communities that connect and support young readers. Bring the love of reading to the forefront of your teaching with like-minded professionals.

The aim of the CPD:
*foster children's reading for pleasure through supporting teachers’/members’ own RfP and research informed practice;
*support the profession by building a professional community around RfP locally and online;
*share teachers’/members’ resultant development work as Examples of Practice on the OU RfP website.

Everyone attending the training must bring a book along to share with the group.
