Join Schools North East and Voice 21 on Tuesday 25 August at 4pm where we will draw on expertise and best practice in oracy teaching and learning.

Disruption to school life has affected us all in a myriad of ways. For our students, the long-term impact of this is unestablished, but we know how unsettling it has been for many. Now, more than ever, opportunities for students to express themselves, articulate their thoughts and feelings, and feel heard are key to maintaining wellbeing and successfully transitioning back to school.

This session will support you reestablish effective norms for talk when your students return to school, enabling them to reflect on and talk about their experiences.

Voice 21 is a national charity that exists to enable teachers and schools to provide a high quality oracy education so that all young people can find their voice for success in school and life. Join us to ensure every student in your school benefits from a high-quality oracy education by becoming a Voice 21 Oracy School.
